Quick Bio: Mareke is from Rhun, a hundred years before the War of the Ring. An artificer, she had received secret lessons from Pallando, one of the blue wizards who stayed in those lands to try and stop the influence of the dark lords that poisoned it.

Good with the effects of chemicals, one of her specialities back in her hometime was decorating armour with acid etchings. She now lends what she knows of the science of her land to the House of Artificers, as a full member.

One of her favourite things to do back in Rhun was create fireworks, but hasn't been able to convince anyone to let her blow things up yet. However, there is a great interest in the technique for possible weapons from her superiors in the guild.

Though she kept her teachings from Pallando secret in her own time, explosives were given to the forces of Sauron by Saruman, another wizard.

Greentwig the entwife

Quick Bio: Greentwig won't say where and when she was before she arrived in Gondolin (she says it's not hers to say, well, she said it after deliberating over answering for a week) and has taken up residence in a park by the North Gate. Turgon has helpfully put a 'do not disturb' sign up by her.
